Over the last two weeks, I have been learning how my brain, body, nervous system, grief, faith, and spirituality connect. This is my truth about surviving, questioning, healing, and discovering that perhaps I am not losing my mind. Maybe I am finally learning it.

Responding gently to curiosity. Being disobedience to avoid being misunderstood. That was 48. Covering in confidence because God said so. Rooted in reverence, not religion. This is 49.
