Have you ever done that before changed your appearance?

I remember when I went to Hawaii in 2020. The weight I had gained. I didn’t see it. I didn’t see it in the mirror but I saw it when I looked at the pictures.

I was well over 200 lbs.

It was in my face. How did I not see this, realize this?!?!

I was carrying pain in the form of grief, insecurities, abandonment and codependency in my body.
