As I reflect on the history of tarot, I’m reminded of how long it has existed - from its origins in the 1400s as a simple card game to becoming a spiritual tool of insight and guidance. Its story is filled with transitions, misunderstandings, and interpretations… much like our own day-to-day lives.

This resonates deeply our recent podcast’s discussion about judgment. We explored how opinions can feel like facts and how easily we can fall into judging without realizing it. The Bible itself speaks of judgment both righteous judgment rooted in discernment and wrongful judgment driven by condemnation. It’s a reminder that what we perceive is often shaped by where we are spiritually.

For me, this Full Moon is a powerful moment of release. I’m officially freeing myself from the negative connotations surrounding tarot, recognizing that its use like anything in life is about intention. While others may see it differently, I know my work comes from a place of love, purpose, and spiritual alignment.

There will always be differing opinions some will agree, some will not but at the end of the day, the day will end. I have to honor my own spiritual truth.

As I release, I also embrace. I choose purpose over fear, clarity over confusion, and love over judgment. It all starts and ends with me.

I call my power back. I officially detach and I’m not looking back. Salt. A pillar. Protection.
